Question Why (?Y) is the flagship program of YES!. It offers training and technical assistance to youth and adults that are involved in teen tobacco prevention. As a youth-focused program, ?Y has been very effective at inspiring young people to action in their local communities. It has also helped adults keep up with those inspired youth!
