The YES! Appraisal uses the YES! Youth Empowerment Model to uncover opportunities for your organization to improve its culture, vision and systems to support a youth empowered approach. This organizational assessment tool employs a combination of face-to-face interviews, surveys and ongoing observations to review various aspects of your organization and assess the application of youth empowerment within your organization.
The YES! Appraisal highlights evidence-based ways to shift the culture of your organization along a continuum of youth involvement towards one that effectively engages youth in the decision-making process and results in sustainable changes for your organization.
